Yoga is not perfection, yoga is for everyone. It's not about how flexible or strong you are, but about the feeling that yoga creates. Become part of this feeling.

My lessons are an invitation to flow through movements, to arrive in the here and now, to challenge yourself, but also to slow down. Through my sports scientific background, you will always come across movements that you may already know from other forms of movement. I like to combine the best of my broad experience.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic yoga style in which movement and breath are combined in a flowing rhythm.

The term "Vinyasa" comes from Indian Sanskrit and means something like "linking" or "placement in a certain order". In Vinyasa Yoga, each movement is coordinated with a breath so that the asanas (yoga positions) flow into one another.

A characteristic feature of Vinyasa Yoga is the flexibility in the sequence of exercises. While in other yoga styles such as Ashtanga Yoga the order of the asanas is fixed, Vinyasa Yoga is less structured and allows for a more individual design of the sequences. Each class can therefore be different and is creatively adapted by me, which makes Vinyasa Yoga a very versatile practice.

My Vinyasa yoga classes are usually both powerful and calming. I create a flow in which the movements are performed smoothly. I incorporate my broad experience as a sports scientist. You will also find forms of movement from Pilates, gymnastics or fitness.

Vinyasa yoga promotes both physical fitness by strengthening and stretching the muscles, as well as mental well-being by focusing on the breath and encouraging mindfulness.

I'm Stella and I'm moving your soul.

Movement is life. Movement is my passion. It has been with me my entire life and it has always been clear to me that it should be my professional focus. Through my studies in sports science at the German Sport University in Cologne and the University of Potsdam, I was able to give my goal a scientific framework.

I first got to know yoga during my studies to balance my intensive training sessions. For a long time, the physical component in Yoga was the main part for me. Now yoga has so many faces to me and is part of my daily life. Yoga is teaching me everyday how I treat myself and others. I see Yoga in nature, in conscious breathing and meditation.
